And i am very much in the camp of disappointed with what we've got right now verus what was promised, but i have enjoyed every minute i've spent at CdA, my kids & their mates love it, my girlfriend and her kids love it, my mates love it, my ex-wife, her kids, her mates & kids love it but they're seeing it for what it is and not what was promised ........ so if that's the case then as i bought for the long-term then it's achieveing its aim and i'm in the happy bunny camp - just don't look like Darren's bunny

............. (and i have all the original glossy brochures and plans ... remember they used to send that thick glossy brochure monthly to us all - wish they'd saved that money now to spend on the resort itself, as we only got that after we'd signed up ....... the days of excess are over .......... for now)

I still think CdA will one day be one helluva place as the infrastructure is all in (you can't see most of it) so the costs of further development in contrast to our bits are far less as in a way we've paid for the roads, lighting, landscaping of the whole already, it all just needs the economies of Europe to turn again (which they will).

If Darren can get a few bunnies like that as locals for the pub I'm sure business would improve.

Before you know it there would be cafes and shops springing up everywhere!!

I'm on Corvera and all we have is a couple of fleabitten old dogs that roam around.

I'm a happy bunny with a glass half full so I have to go every month even if only for a weekend otherwise I turn into Mrs Nasty Knickers!!  I am out 13th to 20th April ??

My old mankini is far too full these days, and am not out until 22 Mar, so you won't see me carrying that tray am afraid.

I manage to go 5 months from Oct to Mar without a hols then have 5 in the next 7 mths - am normally crawling the wall by January needing some sun, but this Winter has been good over here as despite the smow and cold its actually been very sunny, so am still quite chilled, and fairly full of beans ........... unlike Darren

And anyway the problem if we had both those types of bunnies is that the €4 lager would rise to €6 and there would be no seats at AlKatraz the AlKasar, so there would be more moaning  ............  ''Free the Herbert 1, Bring Back The Surgery''

Hola Shampers, Jackie (Smivs) Jackie (Scapa) Jann, and Arlene.  The thought of serving drinks on a tray to all the beautiful ladies may be appealing. Though if you have a vision of me serving, whilst wearing a mankini in your head right now.  Change that to appalling.  Must warn you though I have been a regular visitor at the gym in preperation for this day.  There is one machine there in the corner which I just cannot leave alone.  I'm on it all day.  Its the one that sells Mars Bars, Kit-Kats, Twix's.  Yes my New Years resolution was to wish for a BIG FAT bank account and a slim body.  Wasen't far off............just got it wrong way round.

Hope you folks are all well.  See you at Easter for those fortunate enough to be there.

spas and restaurante's are to spring up all over Condado

the Oasis is to be built - Marks and Sparks and woolworths being the first to secure retail outlets.

My goodness the carlsberg is doing the business.
