Weather/Damp

Has anybody been to CG over the xmas period. After last years 'damp' problems I am interested to hear how the complex has faired this winter. I understand the weather has not been as bad as last year up to now so hopefully there are no real issues?

I have not been over this xmas,  there have been a lot of rain around area.

I have a small damp issue,  luckily the builder i use on site looks after my apt and there fixing the problem,  they have also fixed all my other damp/leak issues.

Many properties had leaks so im sure there are many on going issues with damp.

Weather I unerstand has been good lately so fingers crossed for no issues?

I'm off down to Galera on the 14th May........it better not be damp then
