I have just made a promo video for our apartment at Costa Galera and am hoping that it will do the job that the lazy real estate agents can´t. A Google ad campaign is also underway...

We were out last week, complex looks great now PH4 is complete.

Same ole sh*te on renting from country club, 900 per month is crap...

I was on web last night and found some crazy prices,  3 bed 3 bath Duplex from 299,000 - 400,000 +
next door to me are selling at 299,000, they said they would never sell, just goes to show ..

Crazy building going on in Estepona too,  have you nay idea why there building a road to left of new play area up the hill ??

Hopefully after La Galera Park Ph2  and Galera on  other side of golf are complete then no more building around us...

La Galara Park web site say, Ph1 and Shops have all sold, 44% of Ph2 gone, lets hope they  are telling truth,  shops will
add a lot to complex for selling on...

Im not sure what to do about mine,  my mortgage just went up 200 euros per month,  that 370 in 2 years...

Oh well en joy the sun,  your not missing anything in UK - more rain on way... :-(

It's an excellent video. You could probably sell it to other owners who want to sell!

Re Galera Park where we have bought. I don't believe phase 1 is completely sold because at Easter many water meter connections had not been made ( a clue because they happen when owners complete). I've also heard that the community has not had the €300 deposit for all 77 houses (again part of the completion process). Will find out more in August I hope.

Our community charge is estimated at €200 a month. What is it in Costa Galera for say a 3 or 4 bed property?

Re shops. I understand the parade of shops was sold to an Italian property company that is now trying to let them out.

I also believe there is going to be a big development  (of what?) up the hill above and beyond the children's playground. I suspect there will be a road link leftward opposite the country club.

Not sure what the development is up the hill...they seem to be taking their time getting started...

Our community charge for the 4 bed is €186 per month and it looks like the new shops have an English supermarket going in!!

I pay 162 euros per month for 3 bed... it has gone up 12 euros in 2 years not to bad, shame my mortgage was not the same, that has risen 360 per month in same time.  

The new road to left of country club runs all way to huge development at base of mountain range,  so far they have laid all the roads and there are massive street lights every few yards,  i heard it was going to be a new shopping complex,  they have also built a large power staion near by,  just beyond it is a land landfill site that seems to be slowly covered with earth,  i'd say if it not a shopping complex it will be a large industrial site..
