Can anybody tell me if they have been lucky enough to sell their apartment in Manzana 4?
Due to a change in personal circumstances we would like to sell. We do have a long term tenant in the apt who is great and no trouble and pays rent on time.
If you have can you tell me who you used or any ideas of price etc would be great?
Also do we have licences yet?
