Get 3% of the selling price ready to give to the spainish gov, they hold this back to make sure you dont owe any tax's to them, you will wait about 18 months to get this back ( i did ) unless you are sell very cheap you may have a long wait. Why dont you do a long term rent and see if the market picks up,ive just got a guy from repsol in for 11 months he works long hours and at weekend he goes home to Madrid so the place is not getting a lot of use. good luck
