Contact to cancel Zurich Insurance

Hi,

I am looking for a contact name, email or phone number of someone to ring to cancel ourhome insurance with Zurich before they automatically take their money from our account without notifying usagain!! Have emailed the polaris rep that we got insurance through, then another email address that was forwarded to us in that reply, I've emailed Zurich spain adress but no reply. 

Also, anyone got good insurance deals for 2 bed apartment, who did you get it with and could you provide email address etc as want to renew home insurance soon for apartment. Thanks.

If you speak to you´re bank they can refuse the direct debit thus cancelling your insurance. I found a website for Zurich with the number 902 340 430 and an email address zurichcliente@zurich.com try calling & emailing. I have made quite a few policies for customers at Condado with 2 bed apartments, the price depends on many factors but prices are from 90€ buildings & contents. Email me at kathy@laredsolutions.com or pop in the office on Camposol B opposite Quick Save... and yes I do respond to emails.

My zurich insurance was through polaris and this year they organised the policy through AXA as it was a better deal.  I was told I didn't have to cancel anything and that they'd take care of it.  So far so good.

If you are with CAM bank you can cancel the DD mandate online and if they manage to take the money you can request it back.  I had to do this with Iberdrola at one stage (Direct Debits option in the elft handside menu).

Cant answer the original question but nif you insure throught the Administartor who uses the AXA Conmuninity Insurance you only need to insure contents (Buildings covered by Community Policy) and will cost you around 60€ and 10% goes to community fund

Im with Zurich and have been chasing them for a 1500 euro water damage claim for a year,  finally they blame a building defect,  they won't speak to me direct and i have to go via Bank,  its just a joke,  no official letter just a mail from them saying claim denied.

Im now in proccess of cancelling and new quote is 150 euros cheaper and has contents cover included..Result

You do know that you get buildings insurance through the community so you only need contents?

You can get contents from Axa through the community for around €70 and Mileniun will contact Zurich to cancel your existing policy for you.

Sadly this is not true on my complex,  Zurich tried to say terraces, balconies were covered by community as were for everyone, again not true, no one has access to my apt.

 Arr,  Sorry Rob assumed you were refering to Condado de Alhama as you're posted in this forum.  So nope, about form the phone number and email posted below ( number 902 340 430 and an email address zurichcliente@zurich.com  ) can't help.

Its Ok,  i was just warning about Zurich Spain,  i can tell you Zurich Switzerland were shocked at my treatment.
