Snagging Repairs

Hi

We submitted our snagging list to Polaris on the 16th June 2010 but upto yesterday they have still not completed the snagging repairs which they state in there  snagging document that repairs  will be completed within 30 days  or am I being a bit unrealistic to expect these snagging jobs to have been completed by now has .As anyone in penthouse block 291 had there repairs completed yet

Hi, we did snagging on 29th June and I have been chasing PW for confirmation of completion via email, but so far had no reply. I'm not that bothered from the snagging point of view as faults were mainly plaster dust marks which can be scrubbed off. I am more keen to get the last key returned.

Hi, we completed in Phase 1 almost a year ago now and had a company come and do the snagging for us.  the company folled it up with Polaris World and all the snagging was completed within a couple of weeks.  They seem to respond a bit better to companies than individuals, but not sure that will help you much.  good luck.
