Five inch reflector telescope from a well established manufacturer of optical equipment. Very sturdy with slow motion cables to track the celestial bodies as they move across the sky.

I've had this out in Spain for around five years and it's in full working order. There is a motor drive attachment which I have never used as I prefer to track manually.

All coated glass optics for clear, crisp images, complete with 10mm and 20mm eye pieces.

Full instruction manual and supporting software on DVDs.

Take advantage of the clear Spanish skies and warm nights. We've had great views of the Moon, star constellations and nearest planets, but not used recently and we need the space for newer hobbies.

I use Goldcar or Centauro depending who has the best deal. Both have been fine in terms of quality of cars, good service, and no messing with refunds etc. Also, you need to watch the prices as they fluctuate over time (even for the same hire period). I have found if you book well in advance you don't always get the best deal as they often drop nearer the hire period (I assume because they maybe are under hire targets). And definitley don't buy their additional insurance !! - I use direct-carexcess.co.uk, which cost me around £40 for an annual policy for 2 drivers.
