Electricity

We have completed on 28815 and have had a payment taken out of our account for electricity.  Has any one else in our block had this payment taken out of their account?  Do any of you now have electricity connected?  What news about the pool,  is the pump now working as having had no response from Polaris Customer Services to our e mails asking for an update? Any information would be good.

Also I know that there is Builders water available but what about general water?

Any update on lift commissioning?

Golf course opening etc.

Community charges etc.

Can't answer any of your questions I'm afraid but if you can't get anywhere with Polaris World, then make contact with Resortalia, they are very good and will reply to any queries quickly.  They have someone on site a few times a week at the security gate.  If they can't answer your questions, they will do their best to find out for you.

we've just completed in block 285. I had an electrician doing my lights a couple of weeks ago and he confirmed that the electricity was connected in our apartment. I also had around 160 Euros debited from my account which I assumed was the electricity connection charge.

Can't answer your other questions I'm afraid. My understanding of the community charge situation is that PW are responsible for the phase whilst buidling work is going on and we won't be asked for community charge fees until they hand-over to the management company.
