Furniture Pack for 2 bed penthouse

Hi

Has anyone bought a furniture pack for their property on Terrazas and if so, do you have any recommendations?  We are completing on our 2 bed penthouse on the 25th July and were considering buying a furniture pack for ease and convenience. I know there is an Ikea in Murica and companies that will assemble your flat pack furniture for you - has anyone used this service and what was your experience?

Also, ( a very girlie question!) we've looked at pictures of some of the apartments advertised for rent and some have 2 x 2 seater sofas. Some have a 3 seater and 2 chairs. Some have a 4 seater dining table and some don't!  if you've furnished your apartment what do you think fits best and makes the most of the space?  Do you think it's absolutely necessary to have a dining table inside if you have a decent one outside?  The apartment is mainly for personal use but we will be renting out to friends and relatives.

Try Cora at DFS in San Javier she has done several properties for my clients and has plans etc for Penthouses. (click on DFS box on left and ask for Cora) Ref your other questions, if its for commercial rental through a rental company, they usually specify that you ahveto have an internal dining table and chairs. Ref the sofas, the layout of the lounge will be determined by you as to whether you need a dining table and chairs which will then determine the best sofa and chair layout.  2 x 2 seater is nice but penthouse lounges arnt very wide and so the walkway to the patio door can be restricted. A 3seater and 2 chairs is the most comfortable for sitting but the dining table may determine if this is possible.  Good Luck
