Yearly fees

 Does anybody know how much the maintenance/ground fees are per year? and when we have to pay them?

we pay on phase one  207.80 euros ever three months next one due end of July but our first year we were paying 353 euros ever two months so it is much cheaper now I think it was because only phase one was built now you are helping to bring done the costs.

When you complete, you will have to fill out a form agreeing to pay the maintenance fees and giving your bank details so Resortalia can collect the fees.  It would be worth getting in touch with Resortalia, who are very good.

I agree that Resortalia are very good and it is because of their efforts that the fees have come down.  They should come down even more as the Phase 2 properties are completed.

One thing worth noting is that it is illegal not to pay your community charges and if they are paid late then a fine can be imposed.  It is aslo anti-social as the money we pay goes into our fund to run our resort.
