         Elaine here . I have not used the site before - only came across it today . We havn't been to our apartment since june , so a bit worried when I read about the electricity . Who is Jayne and how can she help to sort the contracts . I thought we got some certificate from the builder before we change the contracts !!!!! Please enlighten me

Hi all at Mirador, regarding Jayne and Pilar I think you will find that they are one and the same person, and that she is using this site for her own gains. Yes she offers all these services for owners of apartments, but at a cost and I think a very high cost. For example if you were to ask to sort out your Electricty and Water connection she will charge around 200€, to which infact you can do both of these fairly straight forwardly and it costs nothing.

Dear Bolton, you didn't say if you are Mr or Ms.  I can assure you that Jayne and Pilar are not the same person, I let Jayne have the use of my computer, because she in not on the net.   Yes I agree that you can do your own Electric and Water contracts, and it is free.  Jayne is providing these services for people who don't want the aggravation while they are on holiday, it is not just a phone call, there are papers to be sorted out and photo copying to be done.  Mainly it is for people whe are still in England.   Jayne can get everything done before they get out here.  Some people have arrived to find that they have no Electric and they have to wait 3 - 5 days for their contracts to be done, leaving them with no electricity.

Pilar do not stereo-type me with people that you have come across, that make things up if they do not know what they are talking about!! I only inform and write about what I know, I do not have to lie or make things up. I spend a lot of time and effort researching information so that when I need to do anything, I have the correct information to hand. Furthermore, I am happy to pass on this information to other people in the same position  as myself and help them if need be, but not for extortionate amounts of money. I have no problem with individuals charging sensible nominal fees for services rendered, by that I mean if your friend Jayne were to charge say, 20-50€  on the amount of people she has charged so far, she would still have more than covered her costs and had a good sum left. But so far with amount she has charged times by the the amount of  peolpe fleeced, she has infact netted over and above 5000€, which for a week to a fortnight's work is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!!!!!

Dear Bolton, I think you must fancy me, because of all the time's you write message to me.   I have been in contact with Jayne by telephone and she is looking forward to seeing you when you come here. It seems that you have not been researching  properly what Jayne does for the 200Euros.  It is not just the Electric contracts, she also sorts out the water contracts, and the rates system with Suma all inclusive.  All the people that have had these things done by her are very satisfied with what she has done for them.  Maybe one day we will meet.  Looking forward to that.

get off your perch - 'bolton' is just trying to make people aware that they can sort it out themselves FOC!

Maxine & Sueboult.    Jayne tells everyone that they can do it all themselves, she is not devious and is quite up front.  Some people prefer to let her do it all for them. It is up to them. Jayne always lets them know that people can do it for themselves. But there are always people that think they know it all.  Good luck to them.

Don't bother replying - it's not necessary.  I too have sorted my electric & water without the involvement of Jayne so 'I'm alright Jack' but I agree that it is a little odd that you are so indignant at the fact that people are being made aware that they can do it themselves.  I've nothing against Jayne  - she sorted out our TV for which we were very grateful and I've no problem in people offering recommendations but if you have no financial involvement with Jayne, I do think your infatuation with her is a little unhealthy (I'd be quite concerned if I were Jayne reading all your postings, just how many bunnies have you got in that pot?).

I will bother to answer to you.  I am not indignant, I'm pleased that Jayne lets people know they can do these things themselves.  I have no financial involvement with Jayne.  And as for being infatuated with her, ( I really don't know how your mind works)  And I have no idea what you mean by "bunnies in a pot".  Although it is not your's or anyone elses business, yes I do love Jayne, she is my daughter.

Jayne has just phoned me to let you all know that from the 30th of this month, anybody without a Water contract will be cut off.
