Hi. We are in entrance E the people on the ground floor have a small dog.
I  think it will be fine. As long as they are kept under control I cant see there being a problem.

Sorry the builders son is the president of the residents community, not the administrator.
But would not surprise me if the administrator had some connection with the builder.
