JUST BACK FROM A VISIT

Weather all 7 days great - number of days high twenties.

Approaching Easter, loads of people around with the restaurants v. busy.  Lots of potential Spanish buyers looking at the development.

Several south facing phase 4/5 occupied now.

Pools clean and clearly being maintained but still have warning message on saying don't swim - given the temp. not sure how much longer this will be acceptable.  Whilst,  we are not paying for the pools at present, we have purchased on the basis we have pools.  Hopefully we won't have the same issues as last year with the pool not opened until July time. Something we may need to discuss on the forum so we have a collective approach - views?.

Mojacar like the middle of summer with traffic!

New clothes shop and nick nack shop opened opposite delphi's.

New road from Aguilas to petrol station just outside san juan - road widening taking place and a couple of roundabouts added over last few months.

Another very enjoyable stay.

Thanks for the update folks. Heading down next week so looking forward to some decent weather. It'll probably be quieter when we're there, no matter.

I agree about the pools, I think its something we should addres in the next couple of weeks. I would suggest some kind of joint approach although I'm not sure how we'll orchetrate it. I'll call to PAtricia next week for an update and post something here then. One way or the other I think we should try to put pressure on Peinsa to deliver the three pools that are completed in time for summer.

Any other thoughts?

Good to hear the update....I`m also out for a few days on Wednesday 14th April with a couple of pals so give us a shout in Pepas..

I`m hoping to see the front of the development all clear of the building materials, ready for the summer, CPDs first real summer I suppose, now there`s an interesting thought...!

im out in the 22nd for a couple of days , with regards to the pool situation patricia didnt want any one near the pools last summer and had to give in because a spanish resident ( phase 3 pool) broke in changed the lock on the gate . i managed to get a key of her and made a few copies , wonder if piensa have changed the locks again or does those keys still work  , and if the pool is clean whats to stop any one using it ? i think i will play dumb ,  "me no understandy"
