Winding up Order

I've been to court,  Huma didn't show (no surprise).  It seems unlikely  they  will  show  for the next hearing nor  pay back  the money, even if I win, so I am contemplating  putting  a winding  up order on them.  Has anyone  else thought about this.   I think Huma are asset rich so at least I might get back some of my money,rather than at the moment where I am still  paying out money to my solicitor.  Does know the Spanish law on this?

Yes we have considered applying for a winding up order, but the worry is that then we will never get anything back. Although the other way of looking at it is that Huma may just panic and start to pay us all back????????

We also believe that they DO have money stashed away, so it could just frighten them enough. We have also considered employing a private detective to investigate these "hidden funds" but so far have only got about 6 people willing to put money in. I can understand people being wary as we have all lost enough money already, so they are right to be wary, but there must be a way of making sure that all the money put towards it is safe. Lets see what everyone else thinks about a winding up order, or maybe you could ask your solicitor for advice on doing that? We must keep up the pressure.

Also has anyone got the free tickets for the Place in the Sun property exhibition at Earls Court next month? It is worth a protest there if enough people can make it. We need to try to get the newspapers or TV on our side and the way I see it is we have to get more aggressive in our approach to them as the soft approach isn't working at all.
