OCC Where Next?

I get the feeling that the communication sent out end of last year that work had re-started was a hoax. My impression is that the few days work in december was to clear any remaining assets of value from the site before closing it down. If this is so then we all have to ask ourselves where we stand and i would invite feedback from anyone with a good solicitor who is  acting for them on this.

Also if folk are able to execute BGs on ACC after previously transferring their deposit to OCC then it begs the question as to how valid the OCC contracts were in the first place? :-(

Surely Huma will not move to a different place and start this fiasco again taking more money from innocent people.

I think the advice on the other thread about getting a Lawyer as a group is good.

Time to say "Enoughs Enough".

If anyone would like my Lawyer details I dont mind passing them on, I can recommend her.

Any news about you getting your money back.  I remember about 6 months ago you were positive your solicitor had an asset of HUMAs with value to get your money back.

Had news from solicitor this week....been to court - court found in our favour - ordered Huma Indalo to pay back deposit plus 6% plus solicitor's fee.   -  Guess what HUMA are appealing. 

We now await.........

Will be happy when money is in our account.... not happy just yet.

 Unlucky - with ACC HUMA dont bother to appeal - because there are no assets in that company there is no point.  From OCC point of view if they are appealing then there must be some assets there to make it worthwhile for HUMA to appeal  - so believe it or not that might be good news for you.
