For those of you who live/own apartments in Blocks 3, 4 and 5... we are having another EGM on Saturday to vote in a new administrator. The three presidents are recommending Isidro Povedra.
It seems that our previous administrator did nothing to collect outstanding community charges and blocks 4 and 5 are in severe financial difficulties. I am confident that Isidro will get these debts sorted - a lot of them are the responsibility of the promotor: Palacios Mar.
My recommendation is that for the coming year we keep the community charges at the same level so that we will have some money in the kitty to do some of the improvements you all want: washing lines, furniture on the roof, non-slip floor around the pool and plants on the roof. However, we will be saving 180€ a month (shared between the three blocks) in administration fees for the pool community and I think I've found a cheaper pool maintenance company.
