I just thought that Block 3 owners should be aware that our Administrators are in breach of horizontal law: they have still not produced minutes or a budget for my approval, which they should have done within 10 days of the AGM. This means they are acting illegally.
I have sent them an email reminding them of their duty but I don't hold out much hope.
I am currently in the UK, but if nothing happens between now and my return (beginning of June), I propose to call an EGM and sack them.
Additionally, they have not provided me with a list of all owners in Block 3, so communication with owners is very hit and miss. I have got emails for some of you and I will contact those people via their emails. If you haven't given me your email address, please can you do so.
If anyone has any objections to my proposed actions, or any alternative suggestions, please do let me know.
Incidentally, I would think that this applies to ALL blocks in Mar Y Sol who are under the administration of Gean World, so if you are reading this and are not in block 3, I suggest you contact your president and ask them what's going on.
