We had the AGM and we discussed what we could do to reduce our costs. The main ones being the pool and the lift. Obviously we can't do anything about the lift, but I suggested that we turn off the pool pump for the winter and put the pool to bed, so to speak, for four or five months. We're going to talk about this when we have the pool meeting.
I also asked the administrator if they could cut their fees. They promised to look into it.
I am waiting for the administrator to send me an up-to-date list of community members and their accounts - we still have two or three owners who have paid nothing for last year, let alone this year. We will be considering taking legal action against non-payers.
