Completion On Menta Apartments

As I promised I have been checking today on the status of the Menta appartments as I alreadu have a number of snagging inspections booked

The internal works on most fo the properties are well advanced and I have confirmed that Corvera are still looking at completions for the end of Cotober with 2 provisos

• The first is the issue of the COH which they are confident to have and they do not ask that people complete until this is available
• The second is the completion of the parking, gardens and pools and this is dependant on  the weather, we have had a lot of rain which does  slow things down

It is common knowledge that for a couple of properties on phase 1,  these areas were not fully finished and no pressure was applied on the buyers to complete.  We were able to monitor the works and advise buyers when they were finished so they could complete

I have been told for my inspection i should be able to start checks from the 19th October but I will keep people advused via the forum

I still can´t even sneak in to have a look at the internal build quality but now have a map so that I can do photographs for the people that have asked

As agreed I have had a look around the Menta apartments and I will publish some photographs on my site later today

Please note that we have had a LOT OF RAIN today with extensive flooding but the site helo up well, but please remember this when you look at the photographs

I can see that they are on schedule for the end of October completions planned, the community pool and surrouding gardens are finished pus I cauld see that white goods and the AC units were going into some blocks

Some ground works are needed, building the parking areas etc  but agian there are still 2-3 weeks of construction time left

The one tthing that I am confused about in what is the white igloo for, there is one on the entry road and one on the Menta Phase, take a look at the pictures
