I bought a car in Spain a few months ago and it's due it's I.t.v when we come out next month.We were told we have to go to Cartagena for this but does anyone know if this can be done anywhere nearer and how much it costs approx.The car is a Citroen Picasso,petrol.Thanks.Pat
