Barrier

I have just come back from a great two week stay and noticed a vast improvement in the security.  There is a clamp down on cars driving into the development and parking on the yellow lines and they have come up with a solution to the barrier problem.  They now close the inbound barrier so you have to use your remote.  They have overcome the problem with this interfering with the outbound barrier by disabling it.

Regarding the disabling of the exit barrier, this is a problem still.  When we arrived for a month long stay our remote opened our garage but not the entry barrier.  My husband arrived one evening to find the security house unmanned with no sign of anyone around and so eventually drove through the open exit barrier as anyone could do if security are nowhere in sight...

Having said that security have been around the rest of the time and did reprogramme our remote to open the barrier. We did notice that they seemed to let many people without remotes in however.
