Today's Vote

does anyone have any information on the outcome of today's vote , who are our presidents' etc . Has the ASSOCIATION group been elected en masse etc ?

just heard - meeting is over and RPM are retained (PW had 86% of the votes). Garden prsidents now elected and we are now an official community. This is a snapshot of the Presidents leaving the meeting !!!

How come PW had 86% of the votes?

Oh - great news on Sergio.  Since PW have 86% voting share then will they be paying 86% of community fees!!!!????

Great news.Mick let me know that he has been elected as our President.As he is a full time resident with a lot of common sense this is brilliant for us.

He also stated in his message that Sergio is indeed the new President of Condado, fantastic!!!! and that Terry who also lives full time in Condado is the Vice President.

A lot still to be sorted out but I am sure with guys like this representing us, things can only get better.

He also said that two budgets were proposed at meeting and cheaper one was voted in so we should hear more about this soon.

I read on another forum that no president has been voted in on the penthouses. It is hardly surprising  when we have had no official notification other than exchanges between members on forums. What is one to do?

I understand that PW are acting as presidents - can anyone please inform penthouse owners what the exact situation is.

Do we come under Sergio "New President of Condado" ?

A lot of you know me. I am introducing myself as President of Los Naranjos 1(Level 2 President), as well as of Los Naranjos Jardine 8.

The Vice President of Jardine 8 is David Ayala Morell who lives in N818. He is a Spanish gentleman who can be contacted at: david25ayala@hotmail.com by any of the Spanish residents.

The Vice President of Los Naranjos 1 is also the president of Jardine 7 Los Naranjos. I will post his details as soon as I have them.

In the meantime if you live in the Los Naranjos 1 area, please contact me if you have any problems or anything that needs sorting out and I will do my best to resolve the situation. (That includes all the Penthouses adjacent to Jardines 7 and 8).

I am currently pressing to get the post boxes on Los Naranjos working. After all they've been there for months. I'm also trying to get the community to get local buses to connect to us. I'm also in contact with a company that may well be able to provide internet and phone at a very competative price in the near future. I will try and keep you all updated.

And congratulations to all presidents, would be really nice if all garden presidents introduce themselves in some way. On here, on condadodealhamaservices website or any other way.

If not could anyone let us know who they are, I am wondering about my own garden (jardines 7), but am sure others will want to know about theirs, so any info useful.

perhaps RPM will write or email and tell us! ha-ha, they are obviously good at communication

No idea?  Or was it rather that only 14% ( 420ish ) of those eligable to vote either turned up or deligated a proxy?

If Polaris had 86% they would of walked every election ( assuming they'd of wanted to! )

But surely if people didnt turn up or send proxy they just loose their vote, not give it to PW?

I emailed my proxy but didnt get any response back from the associacion people at the gmail address, so don't even know if they received it, let alone how they used it. I did ask then to confirm receipt, so dissappointed they didn't

Hi, not saying that PW would get the votes.  They should of only had the votes from unsold or sold but not handed over properties.  Someelse suggested they there turning to claim votes for un built properties

Don't know where the 86% figure came from. Arlene - where did you hear it from?
