I.have.just.received.an.invite.to.the.Extra.Ordinary.Meeting.to.be.held.at.the.Auditorio.De.Alhama.on.16.May.9,30am.

Firstly,.where.is.this.venue.located?

Within.the.package.I.received.is.a.proxy.form.which.I.can.use.to.nominate.someone.to,vote.on.my.behalf.

The.senders.address.is:

Resort.Property.Management,SLU.

Abogado

Jose.Gabriel.Carrillo.Fernandez.

I.gather.that.this.is.the.Property.Management.Group.appointd.by.Polaris.and.therefore.I.would.not.wish.to.give.my

vote.to.them.

There.is.also.a.copy.of.the.Current.Community.Budgets.2009.

Also.enclosed.is.a.copy.of.new.proposals.for.the,2009.budget.relating.to.the.community.charges.

For.example.I.understand.that.the.current.community.charge.for.Jardin.De.Alhama.is.122e.pm..The.new.proposal

is.94e.pm.

Has.anyone.else.received.this.info?

I.doesn't.give.you.much.time.to.make.arrangements.to.attend.this.meeting.

By.chance.I.am.heading.out.to.Condado.on.Sunday.

Our info pack from Polaris arrived first thing this morning

We too do not intend to send the voting form to the address given

Hopefully our key holder will take it with her , if she is going of course.

Was looking at the payment structure & have discided to try for the post of cleaning the stairs in the apartment blocks

who ever this is.  they earn a lot. Of course there is cleaning  products etc but surely they do not cost that much

yes got mine in the post over the weekend too so at least they have sent the details out to people though email would be a bit more cost effective I'm sure !
