Where are we?

We purchased an apartment on Playa Golf II through Instant Access, completion was in Sept 2006.  The idea was that it would provide a suitable retirement income for us.  Since then things have gone from bad to worse, as I'm sure you all appreciate.  Finally the BHI bombshell at the end of March has made us get our heads out of the sand but that's only added more stress to our already hassle-full existence.  So where do we go from here?

Well first it would be good to know where we are.  Can anyone let us know the best way to check out where our apartment is without us having to visit yet please?  We hope to be able to organise a visit later this year but in the meantime it would be helpful to know how to find our apartment.  Our number is 13 - maybe that says it all!!!

There are many of us who were sold properties by Smart Investors and Instant Access who have found that they were lied to about all the financial issues.  However, I now live here permanently and love it and I would be delighted to check out your property for you.  Rather than putting personal details on the open forum, just follow my link below and contact me through my office details.

There are many apartment 13s on the development so you will need to let me know the R number (ie Playa Golf II R9) and I will then be able to locate your apartment. 

As for Bridge Holmes, our committee has had lots of complaints about them and the agents they were using out here.  There are a few reputable companies who will look after your property here if you still need a management or keyholding service.
