Just to say my figures are the same as you.  I agree with what you say I'm not too happy in given my details out either to someone we don't anything about apart from on here !  I think I 'm going to wait until I go out next until I do anything.

Yes Phil (PGM), we'll be asking to see the minutes of the meeting before giving out any details & asking quite a few questions on how they are coming up with all these costs.

Am I missing the point here? RPM hoping to reduce to reduce costs by 25%.....is this a further 25% after the council adopt the perimeter roads and lights etc, which is likely to save in  the region of €20 -30 per property or does it include this ? If the latter they are not hoping to reduce costs much by competative tendering etc.

Don't get me wrong I don't want inferior services, but evidence from other communities suggests this needs not be the case we just need to get better ( or at least some) value for money.

It turns out that money debited from our account was not taken by RPM but from GESIN HIPOTECARIOS, S.L. who/whatever they are????

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Really really sorry to have alarmed anyone re the RPM charge.

Hi all,

I've just checked my bank account online & 2 amounts of 23.20 euros have been debited from my account on 04/04/09 as a NON-RESIDENCY MANAGEMENT FEE, It must be from RPM, they didn't notify to say that this amount was to be paid.

It must be for Nov & Dec of last year!!!! We completed in November.

Has anyone else had any of these payments taken yet.

These amounts are a government tax. We had the same taken out of our account last december and because its a joint bank account its taken out twice. Its a yearly payment that non-residents have to pay.

I'm getting a little lost with all this.

Been ofline for a while but catching up still seems to clarify nothing.

This group never heard from them corresponded with them so no faith.

Sergio has tried as far as I can see to sork tirelessly on our behalf making no decsions but trying to get answers and informing us he can every step, the man needs a little praise.

Works hard asks for nothing.

As I have no other options and believe in Sergio so my only way is tosupport him as he seems to be the best option with no strings attached.

I would suggest that anyone who has not been in contact witrh him do so, as if only to recieve infomation

First Floor       26.22 for 2008

Ground Floor  111.75

First Floor       100.98 for 2009

Like everyone else cant work out why there should be such a difference in price.
