Has anyone heard anything re establishing the community yet? Rudina have told me it is done and the first payments are due this month, but I have not received any details from the lawyer who has been appointed in this regard. I have details of the lawyer, but before I contact them just wanted to see if any one on the forum had details yet, ie how much, who has been appointed etc?
I visited the site in November and I must say I was delighted. I think the standard is very high given what we paid and the landscaping was superb. I think it's important to maintain these high standards to protect/enhance our Investment and maximise our enjoyment from it, including a clean and usable swimming pool once the temperature hots up!
Please let me know if you have heard or not and I will try to find out more from the lawyer.
