yes, its difficult to tell at the moment how many people are actually taking posession but summer will tell. i was surprised during the shcool holidays last year how many there actually were there. and some had rented for a holiday too. Got good feedback from them all, they loved it.
(Although i did have to rescue a couple from the stuck lift and one couple said they had to unpack everything and take tags off it was so new lol)
Somehow i dont think it will be a predomenently short term rental place. A lot of spanish bought/buying on the development and that is a good sign.
i just hope we end up with a good management/community set up once it gets going. Although i still dont fully understand how this works properly in the beginning. i've done enough, somebody else can have this one to research ha. maybe you and bridget paul? or maybe ken and lynn already on it. ken will sorth them out. tracey maybe? alan would have been good but he has deserted us now for better climate (shame that) get our fees down but still the best development. pool open long time of year, good security, maybe a mobile bar going around the pool?, delivering in the evenings. that would do nicely. oh and no dogs barking longer than 15 minute intervals as this seems to be a big problem over in spain, drove me mad in some of the places i stayed (and i have a dog so how the people who are not used to them feel i dont know)
anyway, i'll leave that one with you guys.
