We have an apartment in Aldea Golf, can't comment on the apartments but the area is nice very close to the sea but you do need a car for everything.

If I was you I would post your request on Manilva Life I'm  sure you will receive an answer there.

could you tell me if you have used this car hire company. they seem to be very cheap and are family run. I am jsut wondering if they are any good due to them being so cheap. I can't seem to find any reviews on the net so if you have used them and had good or bad experiences could you please let me know.

We have an apartment in block 15 we are looking into the possibilities of exchanging with one that all ready as license of habitation can anyone offer advice on procedure?
