notification meeting of house owners association

Hi Guys,

Not having much luck posting a message, keep disappearing.

The meeting went well, there were some minor changes to the rules.  The administrator has been given a complete snagging list, which will be passed onto the builder.  They are also going to look into a communal satelite dish, possibility of heating one of the pools.  Temporary Administrator and Vice Administrator were selected (volunteered!).  They are also going to chase up the builder for the fire extinguishers to put in the communal areas.

The minutes of the meeting and the agreed changes to the rules will be sent out in the next couple of weeks.  There will also be a form for all to complete with their bank details to set up direct debit payment of the communal fees by two instalments.

I am out on Thursday, so hope to catch up with some of you then.

Hi Sharron thanks for the info on the AGM,it sounds as though it went well for a first meet, A Communual sat dish is a good idea as it should work out cheaper for everyone, Pat.

wre you at the meeting Sharon?  do we have names of the committee reps?

Looks like things are moving a long nicely. I am up for the sat dish and the heating in one of the pools. Thanks Sharon for letting us have a update looking foraward to the minutes.
