Christmas

Hi everyone

I know I'm not in Brisas, but we are next door - Mar Y Sol. We're over for Christmas and New Year and I have put a post on the Mar Y Sol forum to see who'se going to be around. We'd like to see everyone mixing together and have a big happy family so, please post if you're going to be around and hopefully we can organise something - maybe in the park if it's warm enough - move a few barbecues in and a bit of music and have a good time - maybe New Year's Eve??? What do you think folks?

Hi, Trevor and I and also my children ( grown up ), are there for xmas. My sister and her husband ( they are staying in Mar y sol) are joining us for the new year. There is a xmas lunch in manos ( 40 eros). We are having our lunch in our apartment but will be out for a few drinks on the day. A party would be great sometime whilst we are there. 

I have heard on news years eve, there is a good atmosphere in the townhall square. 

We are looking forward to being there hope we have good wheather.

We were there last weekend and the sign in Mano's for christmas dinner is now 30 euros

Can you tell us what's on the menu?

We've got half an invitation for Christmas lunch, but it was made at a slightly drunken party, so we might be looking for somewhere to go to have some fun.

Can't remember what was on menu but I think it included lots of drinks.We will be having our xmas dinner in Yorkshire but will be out for New Year

my family and I will be there for Christmas with new baby, having lunch in the apartment but would enjoy company afterwards

Tony & Kati tell us that Mano's haven't had many bookings and may pull the plug anyway. Such is life.

The menu is:

thirty euros each and they want fifteen euros deposit,for starters choice of seafood coctail,pate and melba toast,cream of tomato soup.for the mains,roast beef,turkey lurkey or a veggy choice.for deserts,xmas pud,sherry trifle,fruit salad coffee y mints inc half bottle wine.

Hi Guys,

We would have loved to have come out over the Christmas, but Abigail is in Panto at Birmingham Hippodrome, we will be out for the February half term.  Hope you all have a wonderful christmas and hope to see you all soon.
