Penthouse Showhouse

Hi Guys,

Is there still a Penthouse Showhouse to view at Condado? I'm sure I read on a previous post that it had been sold but maybe I'm wrong.

There is still a Penhouse showhouse its in block 7 (732). We had a look round on Sunday.

I think the original showhouse on block 10 was sold that is why showhouse is now on block 7.

We're coming over for a few days while ryanair are doing such cheap deals so will be great to get a look round the penthouse and take in the views.

Have you purchased a penthouse, and if so what block are you in? We are going to be out there from the 19th to 24th December in block 10 appartment 22 so if for some reason the penthouse showhouse is closed you can have a look round ours (at no charge).  When we were over in October the showhouse was closed for maintenance and  we couldn't get in, told us to come back the following week. Steam,ears, vault desk, get the picture, I was not a happy chappy when she said this, so just double check and then triple check again that it will be open when you go or the may tell you to to come back next week.

Hi Ali,

We're in Block16 waiting for PW to give us a completion date. We're only over for 4 days, 10th -14th Dec so hopefully they'll not palm us off saying its closed. Maybe I'll not let on that we've already bought one, so they can give us the full guided tour.
