Apartment El Rincon

I hope someone reading this can help us.  We have a touriste apartment at El Rincon - Block 4 Apartment 2"A".  WE have just got a new keyholder Lynn Bushell but unfortunately she is away till end of November.  Currently some friends of ours are looking after the keys and yesterday popped in to check on the apartment for us as a favour.

They were shocked as they felt it looked as if someone had been staying in it!  Beds unmade and some pillows appear to have gone missing.  Does anyone know if there has been someone in there? Also our electric is off but we have not been notified. The other thing is that I want to make contact with Kerry the President but have not had reply to my email.  I gather the fobs have been changed to the gate for parking the cars.  I had not been notified of this by anyone.  Obviously being stuck here in the Channel Islands our hands are tied at the moment and any help from some neighbours would be wonderful.

Sorry to hear about all this. I have an apartment in block 6 but am in Scotland. Lynn is great you will be glad you have her so hopefully this sort of thing will not happen again.

Going out to El Rincon Sat 22nd Nov have you sorted your Keys fobs out or do you want me to pass on a message to Kerry

The new keys fobs are for the pedestrian gate only the drive in gate has not changed, I think you might have to sign for the keys or give someone permission to sign all numbers are logged against your apartment.

So sorry I did not read this post - I've been ill so not been on here - thank you so much for the info on the fobs.  I now have an excellent keyholder and she has contacted Kerry on my behalf - all sorted  - Many thanks
