El Rincon AGM

Hi
Has anyone got some info about the AGM such as what the agenda was and what was decided?
I have only heard about the new keys for the pedestrian door.
Will there be minutes circulated?

You should have recieved a copy of the agenda, proposed budget and accounts for last year when you were notified of your AGM.

As Karen mentioned you should have received info before the AGM, I was lucky enough to receive the info via e-mail, although when I went out for the AGM there was a copy in my mail box, strangely it had my UK address on it but they obviously found it cheaper not to post it !

There were a number of issues that were resolved and you should receive the minutes but when I do not know, maybe there in the mail box waiting for us

A couple of points that I can remember :- Kerry is still President, Chris is Vice-President and there is also a committee to discuss matters that may arise, such as what colour should we have the 20 foot electric, barbed wired fence, I only hope the  21,000 euros price tag includesmy favourite coulor.

On the same theme (Colditz) we voted against a security guard as apparently it will be cheaper to provide Chris with a cattle prod although I thought a Tazer would be would more effective, or maybe even a couple of snipers strategically positioned around the perimeter ! 

Never mind at least we can all rest safe at night knowing that it will be just as hard to get in as it will be to get out     

This is going to sound ridiculous!  Does each apartment have a mail box?  If so where are they?  How do we get into them.  Never been told and living in UK can't do much about it!

The mailboxes are on the far entrance wall, next to the pedestrain gates, facing the new development (El Bosque). We got our key when we got the apartment but I'm sure Kerry would be able to help. 

There's probably not much yo can do about access until you are back out here but if you go to the correos office online, you can select English as the display language, and set up a mail redirection to your address in the UK.

Have now received AGM minutes from the Administrator and the President - now to read them !

I have just got back to the UK. and have put some new photos up, to keep you updated on new building progress..(and location of post boxes)

We were out there for the weekend and it was good to see what is getting built and what is new in the area.  There is  a large steel structure been put up infront of El Bosque apartments near the Lidl and I enquired what this was on a different forum and was told it is to be a new DIY shop, can anyone confirm whether this is correct??

It was very quiet over there though and the commercial centre at night was dead, I suppose this is to be expected for January but have a feeling it may be quiet over there all year this year.

Roll on Easter until the next visit!!!!!!

I am back to the snow this week and have also uploaded a photo, must have been taken shortly after yours.
