ownership of satellite equipment and end of each block - freeview access

hi folks

I would like to get clarification on the ownership of the equipment  for tv and satellite at the end of each block of houses. Each house has been pre wired to receive tv and satellite signals with the appropriate set top box. Given that taray installed this equipment for the community and we have now taken ownership of the development, does it follow that that equipment therefore belongs to the community? If it does should it not be the case of owners getting together to purchase a satellite dish(if the want to) to put at the end of the block to receive freeview signals.

Taray erected the first dish but this is only for FIVE Spanish TV stations and CNN
Then there was Micromesh  who erected the sattelite TV as a communial system this is still in place but is now part of Torre stat you can be set up with this and a didgi box, included in the cost is a few Euro for maintenance
Then there is still some people who still have their individual areals
If people wanted to have free view they could use the the erection pole provided there is enough equipment in the control block and they do not use or interfere with the other systems, keep in mind this has been pushed round the houses before and the feed back was limited

It might be a good idea to contact all owners on revelent blocks to come to some arrangement over total costs involved in setting up some freeview channels.
