Joepall do tell what happened when you were over there last week .What has made you so sure you have no chance of getting your money back. There are ways if you take good legal advice even without a BG.

I want my money back just as much as anybody else.Tried everything to get my money,spoke to everybody staff , boss ,administrators ,lawyers etc even went to see them and demand my money.NO chance .The money has gone ,there is no money for the company to hand out.Even staff at their main office "whats left of them"are not getting paid.Our only chance is to shift our deposit to Playa Golf 3 if they will let you.The only trouble is you got to spend a lot more to use your 30%deposit.Im still chewing it over.Joepall

Joepall have you read the posts on the General forum Spanish lawyers , Spanish Developers , Bank Guarentee threads there are some question folk have asked about chances of getting somthing back without one etc . Listen to to what Maria has to say she is a lawyer who posts on the site her information is good .I just dont believe ther is nothing you can do granted it will cost more money now but there are a few other legal arguments that are worth a try.The swapping thing doesn't seem to work there are posts here from some one who has tried every angle on that one it cost them money but they never got anywhere.SJ/HdT are a bunch of rougues I will never trust them again it beggers belief there are some who still do .Good luck Joe whatever you decide to do I hope you get something House ,money anything. .JA

Been awaiting removal & Reconnection which being Spain has taken 2 weeks.so here I am back online
We want our money back too,
I thought Sue wanted her house just shows you think you know a person (Sent you an Email Sue)
Just thought I would let you all know a fellow resident at the La Zenia Apto's was summoned to Orihuela Offices and offered an exchange the only problem it is 50'000 euros more than he was originally paying, they even had the cheek to bring 5 yes FIVE men to visit his apto.
What are they up to no good eh !!!!!!

If you read any of the other threads, you will see that I was fed up of everybody slagging each other off on the "I Want My House" thread, so I set up the "I Want My Money Back" thread hoping that people would just post on the thread that concerned them and stop squabbling. Unfortunately it hasn't worked!!!

Suemac you must have realised by now a lot of what is said is in jest I for one quite like Tony and Brian and there are times when we share and thank each other for different points of view even PM each other .It is a bit like old friends taking the mick or slagging each other off to pass the time .Most even FIN don't care if they get their house we probably wish deep down that they do .It is really funny when they throw the dummy out of the pram .There was one point when Tony kept threatening never to post again about 50 times a day but always did it was hysterical and if nothing else showed his determination and optimism,something for which I have acknowledged him many times .Sue please chill no one else is as bothered about this as you are ,if others don't like it it is because they haven't got into the spirit of the thing. it . It is actually really funny the petty things we all argue about given the seriousness of the situation.I think it is what has kept many of us sane through all this .Look back over the posts and you will see what I mean it usually ends with us agreeing to disagree.For instance how ridiculous is it to suggest T+B are on the SJ payroll or are taking bribes or have a deal, one would therefore have to assume some prior natural intelligence now how mad is that !!!!!!!!!.
