Hi Sue ,I managed to speak to one of the administrators in the San Jose office in Orihuela,it was all doom and gloom.If we do get anything back in the end ,which is very unlikely ,it could take anything up to 5 years.The message was for me to get out anyway i could.Iwent to Jumilla sight and it was heartbraking.Nothing has been done there since last November,I knew then that the game was over and the project would not continue.Sorry to be blunt but thats the way it is.Joe

I want my money back just as much as anybody else.Tried everything to get my money,spoke to everybody staff , boss ,administrators ,lawyers etc even went to see them and demand my money.NO chance .The money has gone ,there is no money for the company to hand out.Even staff at their main office "whats left of them"are not getting paid.Our only chance is to shift our deposit to Playa Golf 3 if they will let you.The only trouble is you got to spend a lot more to use your 30%deposit.Im still chewing it over.Joepall
