CAM Bank account cards

We have an acount with CAM and have had our account cards and internet access for a few weeks. However we have not been sent any PIN numbers for the account cards-  you usually get sent them in the UK. Has anyone else had this experience ?

Otherwise can anyone tell me what the procedure is to get PIN numbers- do you have to collect personally.? As usual no reply from CAM cistomer services to an email query.

I recieved mine in the post but it diden't say which pin was for which card, so went to cam bank and she printed off the pin numbers again and mathed them with the cars for us. I think if you call in with passport and ask for pin numbers they will give them to you

Thanks Margaret- we thought we may have to do that- but its good to hear that worked for you. 

We have had a catologue of errors with the Bank Account from the moment we went to CAM to sign the mortgage application and they should have had everything there waiting for us and they didnt, and so it went on with confusion after confusion. As if we had never applied for them in the first place. Finally we have got this far but the account shows only one card activated and as I have said no PIN for the account cards

We are with Solbank and they will only issue a pin if you call into the bank. They too activate your card, so they can charge you for activating the account

We have our bank account for services, electric etc with Barclays, as they offer free transfers to Spain from Uk. Our cards had to be picked up from our local branch Mazarron but our pins were sent to our home address.   Does Cam do free transfers from uk?

We are with CAM as well and after opening an account were told they would not issue pins by post.  We had to go to the mortgage office in Los Alcazares anyway whilst we were out there after completion and were able to collect the cards, pins and all the associated paperwork then.  However, we had to go to the Mar Menor branch to collect our cheque books!

All works OK now though.
