Looking for galvanised steel fencing panels in concrete posts

                     Thought I would let you know for future snagging etc.The builders were in doing some snagging on my apartment and when completed although they locked the main door the patio door was left unlocked,luckily Carol our keyholder (Angelbabe) was doing her checks on our apartment and noticed this and locked the door.

I informed Polaris and also called them and although apoligised I can see this happening quite alot as when you pull the patio doors shut they do not lock they only lock from the inside.May be worth mentioning to Polaris or the Snagging companies to bring this issue up when you are completing.



Luckily on this occasion nothing missing.

              For anyone who is completing thier own snagging, I have a spreadsheet that I created to do ours recently at jardines 8 that might help you. I think it pretty much covers all we need to look at. The Polaris rep who comes with you speaks & writes good english so I don't think you lose anything in translation. With the criteria now changing from the 30 days deadline I felt that I would not need a snagging company because I would be able to make the second visit in my own time. Not for everyone, but anyone who has a reasonable handle on building works should be able to pick up the faults. Mine were mostly cosmetic issues and I was able to check all plumbing operation as the water was on.
