Hi,
We have used this option many times over the last few years and they are spot on. Godsend for us as we are an upstairs apartment in a garden and they bring everything to your door.

Can't remember having a substitution made for a product ordered, it is all good quality and quite a user friendly website. Delivery is 7.10 euros but you don't have the trek into town or the hassle of pushing a trolley around the supermarket and they do turn up within the delivery slot unlike some UK supermarkets.
