Got a message today, the completion did not go through due to no habitation cert. New date 16th July assuming "you know what" arrives.

Hi Carol,
We'll have to remember to wish you a happy birthday then, won't ask a lady her age. We won't be getting stressed over the non-completion just take it as it comes now.

Sorry to hear that but I don't think it was too much of a suprise for you though.
Our solicitor cannot get any sensible answer from PW so I don't expect to complete on the 11th as arranged.
Still going out on 13th so assuming we can get access to garden 9 I will take the photos as promised

Shampers, looks like you've got some creeping to do with Carol I would never attempt to guess a ladies age. Make sure you wish her happy birthday on the 16th, that will help.
Phil, good luck on the 11th and it would be great if you could get pictures for us, no pressure though if your busy. Even if you don't complete you will enjoy it. Our plot is J0943. As you said keep smiling, we're all nearly there now.

Good of you to give your opinion on the snagging service provided Emma and Hubby (sorry Emma cant remembers hub’s name)
Which Jardin are you on, as shampers may need to know as he may have need of an alternative route back to avoided meeting up with Carol (angelbabe911) on dark nights.

Just received our confirmation of completion from our Spanish solicitors.
All done via POA with absolutely no delays or problems.
I can only speak for myself but all contact with PW and solicitors has been first rate with all queries dealt with straight away and with not a single hold up or problem.
Hope I have nt spoke to soon!!!!
Off to Spain on 13th Aug to stay in our new apartment.
Are we the first to complete in Jarines 9?

Whit woo !!! Just had confirmation today from my solicitor that the Hab Cert has arrived, should have completed on 1st July now completing on the 11th July so not too much of a delay. (Jardine 2, J129)
Hope this gives people confidence

Congratulations Tyneside and Jackie, it's starting to come together now. . I reckon you are the first to complete on our garden tyneside, starting to get a few names for garden 9 now, Us, tyneside, phil (stonephil) and rob (1098). Anyone else out there.
Good luck to Phil and Carol over the next week, here's hoping our certificate arrives soon.

Just checked my e-mail, Our solicitor completed for us yesterday with POA, (Jardin 13) I would love to celebrate but just travelled back from the Gulf of Mexico and my body needs some sleep, so will have to wait until 2moro.
