Hi everyone,
As mentioned in a previous post, I am supposed to be moving in around now but have not had any word.
Has anyone else actually concluded and got keys yet or even a date for this?

Hello
My wife an I have bought in block 6 ,3rd floor
We have completed on the purchase of the property and our furniture is been fited over the last couple of days(DBJ).
We are flying into Almerimar on Sunday and looking forward to seeing things almost finished internally.
So far apart from general snagging etc we haven't had any major setbacks.
When we bought the property we bought because we loved the slow and quiet pace of the port.
We do expect it to get a little more lively but this will not be a short term thing every time we go we see more and more people and gradually it will become a little less sleepy.
But for now we are happy to look forward to many years of Almerimar life.
I will let you know any more news when we get back.

p.s.
We have just had friends over in the port for the first time they stayed in the playa de golf and have absolutely loved the place.
