I've lived in Almerimar for 2 and a half years, am in the same sort of business and have never heard of this company (ie; rentals & furniture). I would advise everyone to be very careful about who you employ, there are a lot of sharks about. Please do some homework first it could save you a lot of time and money in the end.

I also wouldn't advise paying extortionate rates for furniture packages from such as MRI.

I have to say i´m very impressed with this site, i hope it helps other people with information the same as it has me.
I have recently used Home Services Almeria S.L. and I have to say they are very good, it has made it very easy for me as they do everything (Furniture, satellite, air-con, cleaning, management etc). It has saved me a lot of time as I know I can phone Carlos (my consultant) and he arranges everything for me, I paid 5,999 euros for a complete furniture pack, and aparently they do have cheaper options. The company I bought from who I will not mention the name, as I am not happy with them has made me lots of promises they cannot keep and their prices are extremely high for what you get. Buying this property was an investment for me and I do not have time to keep coming to Spain to sort things out I would certainly recomend HSA to anyone who is in the same position as me.
