Beat the Heat this Summer - Tips to keep cool

After living in Andalusia for almost 10 years I´ve experienced lots of heatwaves and long hot Summers

I thought it was topical, particularly after the recent high temperatures in the UK too prepare a list of tips to beat the heat. Some of these tips may seem like common sense but they can make a big difference on a hot day.

My personal favourite from this list is keeping Aloe Vera Gel in the fridge. This is great for sunburn and prickly heat.

Typical Cordoba Food has a clearly visible traits of Andalusi cuisine. The history of the region is reflected in the food with saffron, almonds, spices and various recipes with aubergines.
