I am often asked What the difference is between a mirador and a Carmen?

I begin to look into more detail about the Carmens around the city of Granada, I have located 80 different ones so far and am continuing with my research.

Here a blog post  with summarised information about these beautiful properties:  j.mp/ITOBb2

Hope you enjoy the read!

Expat Job Search in Spain
Wednesday, May 9, 2012

I recently gave a conference in a Spanish University Employment Fair about looking for jobs using Twitter and other online tools.

Some of this information is of use to Expats in Spain.

I´ve rewritten the conference notes in english and with a focus on Expats in Spain

I really hope that you find it useful

The Alpujarra villages in Southern Spain
Saturday, May 5, 2012

The remote mountain villages of the Alpujarra in Southern Spain have been the scene of historic battles when the Moors were banished from Granada, as well as inspiring Gerard Brenan to write the book (and now film) South of Granada.

It´s an interesting area and great for enjoying nature, birdwatching, hiking, horse riding..

Here´s my lastest blog post about this traditional area of Andalusia

Hope you enjoy the read!

Molly
