My gourmet visit to Cordoba

Typical Cordoba Food has a clearly visible traits of Andalusi cuisine. The history of the region is reflected in the food with saffron, almonds, spices and various recipes with aubergines.

In this post I review six restaurants in Cordoba:

The next two posts about Cordoba are due on my blog 11th & 18th July about the

Cordoba patios & a nightime walk around the Mezquita

Ooh those all look delicious, Molly! You've chosen some of my favourite dishes, and some that are new to me that I definitely want to try!

Interesting that you mention the "free" tapas in Granada. Surely they are "incluido" rather than "gratis"? For example, in Granada city I was usually paying €2 for a drink, which included a tapas. Perfectly fine, but locally I have the option of paying €1 for a drink and €1 for a tapas, which means that if I am stopping for a quick light lunch I can have one drink and two tapas, or more usually I can have two drinks and just one tapas, which seems to me to be more flexible! My favourite bar charges just €0.60 for a tapas, which can be a whole ladle-ful of stew!
