Spanish olive oil
Wednesday, October 21, 2009 @ 12:16 PM

This is a very good olive oil from Tolox. It is very soft.It is made with a kind of olive named "Manzanilla Aloreña" = "Dry sherry from Alora" (Alora is a little village near Tolox). This kind of olive was eaten in the Wedding of the Prince Felipe de Borbón (Prince form Asturias). This little bottle cost 3,50 Euros and I bought it in the Museum.

This olive oil is cultivated in a land like this one and in trees like these ones:

On the right side of this picture, you can see a land with olive cultivated, with a house in the center.

Dear Louise Cecilia:
Thank you very much for your words; they make me feel so proud and important.I like very much that you tell me what you prefer, in my Blog --it is a very good help for me--.Therefore, if there is something about Spain, that you should like to know, through my Blog, please tell it to me.
I see that you are very nice.I should like to go to Scotland, and my wife too.I think that Scotish people and Spanish people get along together, Do not you think the same?.Could you please send me a picture from Scotland?, thank you.
Well, I hope that this one will not be the last time that we are in contact.
Thanks again and receive my best greetings.
