       Today, I should like to show you a video, where it is explained how to fry, for example a fillet of beef, without boiling them or stain the kitchen.

Sergio Fernandez (Chef of TVE): “Well, the art of fencing is not mine, ... I can guarantee it to you; but, why have I gone out with that frying pan, with that special cover?..., because Luisa, from Burgos, threw us a question, she said: "When I make grilled meat, I cover, so that the kitchen does not stain to us ...”; of course ... until there, any logical; but, instead of fry, it is boiled...., the steaks are as a stone. Solutions, I want solutions! .... Well, behold ...: we always, when we make a preparation, the frying pan must be hot ...--and fat, where we are going to fry that product, too--; but, what happens is that, quickly, to avoid staining the kitchen, we cover, and what happens is that the vapour is condensed, it releases water and the product, rather than be fried, starts to boil. Therefore, I recommend you that, when you want to cover a frying pan, you cover so, as bad, as leaving a space; so that, any vapour goes out and, if you do not want that happens, look these lids, how originals are ...: a lid, that has, in the centre, a grid that will protect, in order that we can not stain such the kitchen, we cover our frying pan, vapour will come out, without any kind of problem, and, if we have space problem, at home...., nothing happens: we fold our frying pan, we keep it, with the rest of pots, and here we have a superoriginal utensil .... let´s see how you are able to make frieds, from now……”
