My thoughts and experiences on living in Spain

faceBook a force for good?

The great thing about facebook is that companies now like to have a facebook page to advertise their latest offering to all the social media site users.

The great thing as a customer if you are not happy with a product or service you can also post on the page, letting the world and the company see your thoughts. Sometimes the lone comsumer has no voice, but the power of the internet has given the consumer a voice.

ElCorte Ingles has now reacted to my blogg and facebook post and is now soorting my problem,

So always remeber if you are not happy with a company find the facebook page and scribble away!

have fun!

There you go, it was probably down to some stupid employee. But as you can see they are a professional company, at least I consider them to be one. Most companies in Spain wouldn't even be controlling correctly their Facebook correctly, let alone react that quickly. Good Luck with the problem!

Well done and glad you are getting your issue with this shop sorted.

Companies and people hate being exposed on there...like really hate it!

Apparently it brings more shame on there, than anywhere else.

Also they are really good with eliminating unisex trolls and disturbed stalkers...many of whom frequent this site, mainly on the blogs, in their bullying little clique, crying because their blogs aren't in the popular blogs list...but no-one cares. Women who are actually men. Men who aren't who they say. Won't waste my time exposing these babies on there I just ignore them whilst they continually try and bait me into a fight...they've exposed themselves and their poor behaviour ON HERE (they forget one only has to read my posts on here then theirs LOL!). Amazing what and who you can find out with a few phonecalls and a couple of visits to addresses.

Oh and Facebook of course :)
