has anyone had any dealings with smart investor services with regards buying off plan in spain

Hi Nudge51 - I bought with Smart in November and found them to be very attentive and helpful up to the purchase but really slow on the after-sales service.  I am delighted with the villa I purchased but must say that I haven't checked up on prices through other routes to see if the deal was as good as they said.  Their projections on rental were hopelessly optimistic as I still don't have a single booking!!

Are  you looking at Playa Golf?  If so, there is a specific message board for that development with photos etc.
